Minimum order to delivery is $50 not including delivery fee, orders less than $50 will be automatically canceled.
Deliveries are made between 8 am and 1 pm. We strive to be on time for all customers, however, deliveries can be extended until 3 p.m. due to traffic, unexpected events or high order demands on holidays
Pickup time is the next day between 8 am to 4 pm (Pickups can be extended until 8 p.m.) if the equipment rented is in a secure area if equipment rented is in an unsecured area like the front yard or driveways etc, the pick-up time is the same day after 7:00 pm NO EXCEPTIONS
Payment is due on the day of delivery, Full amount or any outstanding balance must be paid the date of delivery and before we unload the rented equipment.
To avoid delays please have the payment ready for the exact amount, for the inflatables please have the area and an extension cord ready to do the setup.
The customer must have all rented equipment ready to pick up all the tables and chairs folded and stacked.
